Spirit Collections (Yellow Delphinium)

The artist extracted colours from an alpine delphinium, leaving it pale and colourless. The distilled colour pigments were then conserved in transparent isomalt and displayed in a laboratory glass vessel alongside the now-white plant preserved in fluid.
